Andrew Perrott is a professional hockey defenseman and the founder of Perrott Hockey Development. With years of experience competing at the junior and professional levels, Andrew brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to develop, compete, and succeed in the modern game.

After playing in the Ontario Hockey League with the London Knights, Owen Sound Attack, and Windsor Spitfires, Andrew began his professional career overseas before advancing to the American Hockey League and ECHL. He has since accumulated more than 200 professional games, including time with the Rockford IceHogs, Indy Fuel, South Carolina Stingrays, and Hershey Bears. He currently plays for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms of the AHL.

Through Perrott Hockey Development, Andrew's goal is to give young players access to the knowledge and experience he has gained throughout his career. His training focuses on more than just skill development—emphasizing hockey IQ, decision-making, compete level, mental performance, and understanding how to apply skills in real game situations.
